Test operations (measuring) center of the RFC NWFD FSUE renders full range of services among which are as follows:

• certified testing of technical devices (TD) on parameters of electromagnetic compatibility in accordance with the GOST R Certification System;
• testing of technical devices (TD) on security parameters for their correspondence to Sanitary code;
• measuring of technical parameters of radio frequency equipment (RFE) in the 9 kHz to 40 GHz band with the aim to verify their compliance to the specified requirements;
• measuring of parameters and testing of radio frequency equipment (RFE), including short-range devices (SRD), with formalization of memorandums for confirmation of their technical characteristics, with the aim of receipt of the Certificate on possibility of entry into the territory of the Russian Federation or inclusion in the List of RFE permitted for entry into the territory of the Russian Federation;
• measuring of technical parameters and levels of radio interference from high-frequency devices (HFD) to verify their compliance to the specified requirements;
• carrying out technical expertise of TD on availability/ unavailability of RFE (HFD) in their configuration;
• setting of RFE and HFD geodesic coordinates on the ground surface and determination of antenna suspension height;
• measuring of the RFE technical parameters and carrying out of examination (certification) tests with a possible implementation of such procedures on the spot.
